Managing Principle
Larry is the WealthMore Financial Strategies managing partner and independent broker. Larry’s belief in pragmatic financial and insurance planning strategies stems from his own personal experiences – his father passed away unexpectedly with no life insurance. Larry was forced to leave school to help support his family. Larry entered the financial service industry in 1988. In 1995, in order to serve a growing clientele, Larry joined his former associates and helped create Independent Financial Concepts Group. At the same time he founded WealthMore Financial Strategies Inc.

Larry has qualified for Million Dollar Round Table, an exclusive association of the top 5% of insurance and pension professionals from around the world. In addition, Larry has acquired the most sought after designations in the industry.

Larry is a CFP (Certified Financial Planner), Ch.F.C. (Chartered Financial Consultant), CFSB (Certified Financial Services Broker), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), and has completed his Branch Manager’s course for investments. Clients are loyal to Larry’s guidance for his knowledge, but also his personable nature and caring attitude. Comprising mostly of young entrepreneurs and professionals, Larry’s clients are professionals, high net-worth individuals, and successful executives. For approximately 9 years, he has sat on the Board of The REENA Foundation, an organization that supports and integrates people with developmental disabilities into the community. Additionally he is involved with UJA federation and the Professional Advisors Committee (PAC). The committee assists and educates other tax, investment and legal professionals on creative ideas for financial planning.

Mary Li

Solutions oriented Director of Client Experience, Mary Li comes with over 12 years of group pensions and benefits experience. She is responsible for day to day administration and operations of the firm. Her other responsibilities include client communications, marketing and management duties.

As our firm has grown, Mary has taken the added role of administration of the investments and group pensions and benefits. She works with multi-jurisdictional, multi-employer pension plans.

Mary is committed to ensuring our clients’ needs are always met. She has a solid track record of relationship management. Mary also builds effective alliances within the business, and acts as a liaison between our clients and the financial institutions.

Leon Lewis
Leon LewisB.A., LL. B., CLU, TEP
Leon was a lawyer in South Africa until he came to Canada in 1976 and entered the Life Insurance business. After early success (he is a Life Member of MDRT and achieved Count of the Table), Leon gravitated towards providing support services in values-based planning for the high net worth market.

Leon has held the position of Planning Consultant in Advanced Markets with Sun Life, Great-West Life and PPI Financial. His company, Leon Lewis Consulting Inc. specializes in corporate, tax, estate and succession planning.

Cora Ho
Cora HoAdministrative Assistant
Primary responsibilities of administrative duties such as; processing transactions and some client communications.

Performs administrative and office support activities for supervisors and brokers. Primary responsibilities also include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and filing.
